Since its establishment in 2012, the fellowship has supported alumni performing innovative and vital projects for public interest host organizations around the world. The fellowship was renamed after a member of the Law Review family, David Cooper L’15, passed away. David Cooper was a valued member of the Penn Law community, a bright and witty classmate, and a beloved friend. May this fellowship serve both as an opportunity to honor David and to support crucial public interest work.
